Hip dislocation:

The hip joint is one of the highly stable joints, and it is difficult to dislocate and move it, except in the case of a very strong blow.
treatment: Dislocation response and surgical intervention in case of ligament rupture, Then start a rehabilitation program at the Egyptian Center for Physiotherapy.

Connective muscle tendon rupture:

One of the common injuries among athletes, especially those who do not constantly follow exercises to strengthen and increase the flexibility of the connective thigh muscles.
The connective muscle tendon rupture occurs when a sudden change in the direction of movement results in severe pain. This area is rich in nerves but lacks good blood supply.
treatment: Rest, wrap a compression bandage above the groin area, and take painkillers. After the condition stabilizes, the patient undergoes a rehabilitation program at the Egyptian Center for Physiotherapy to strengthen the muscles, increase their flexibility, and avoid re-injury.
